Is there a greater feeling to be asked to participate as a guest at a portrait workshop by the very person who was your first teacher of photography?. It was a late autumn of 2011 and I was looking for a photography class to attend. Google suggested me to check out Sparkle Workshops in Verona, I followed the link, and the rest is history. Once a week I would take a train from Ferrara to Verona to follow the classes, and it was one of the best decisions I took concerning my photography education since Sergio is an amazing teacher, great interlocutor, and a wonderful person.
Fast forward 7 years and I found myself on the other side, talking about photography in front of the group of people. Public appearances never came easily to very introvert me, but when you speak about something you are passionate about and love, initial anxiety fades away very quickly and words start purring out. It was truly an amazing experience.
Organised by Sparkle Workshops and Sergio Sarnicola.
